Sienna Lyon
Sienna supports clients as an advocate for their growth as they navigate the complex trauma-healing journey. Sienna helps clients set realistic goals, celebrate victories, and build a roadmap toward a hopeful future.
Sienna has worked with clients at the partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care, where she gained experience with clients with a variety of different mental health concerns.
Sienna believes in a holistic approach to healing, recognizing that trauma affects mind, body, and spirit. Sessions with Sienna will integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, mindfulness practices, and creative strategies tailored to your unique needs.
Her approach is strengths-based and person-centered, with a focus on rehabilitating attachment wounds through an empathetic, genuine, and attuned therapeutic relationship.
Sienna is trained in EMDR and uses experiential methods with clients, including meditation, walk-and-talk therapy, games, and art.
“I am passionate about creating a healing environment where clients can move from surviving to thriving. My goal is to help you find a sense of safety and balance, both in our sessions and in your everyday life.”
