“I have a goal to support individuals and families in their healing process through acceptance, accountability, and self-love.”
I utilize a multitude of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, IFS/Parts work, mindfulness, psychodrama, expressive, and experiential while highlighting attachment, Polyvagal theory, birth order, and dialectics. My ultimate aim is to foster belonging, healing, and change.
I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, residential treatment centers (RTC), inpatient facilities, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient, and within the community.
As a lifelong player and lover of sports, I value the importance of dedication, communication, patience, and teamwork in achieving success. I look forward to guiding others as they embark on their individualized journeys of self-discovery, empowerment, and finding their inherent worth.
