Alyssa DeGrace

LCPC
Psychotherapist

Alyssa has worked in the mental health field for over a decade, focusing primarily on adolescents and young adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or substance use disorders. She has also worked in a variety of settings, including psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers (RTC), partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP).

She ascribes to a range of treatment modalities focusing on neurobiology, attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and expressive therapies. She supports young people in learning that healing and repair are possible.

Alyssa acknowledges that adolescence and early adulthood can be a challenging time full of stressful transitions, high-stakes decisions, and both the loss and creation of new relationships.

Together she will work with you to discover relational recovery and a life worth living through acceptance and connectedness.

“As a clinician with experience in many levels of mental health care, I am committed to bridging the gap between clinic-based intensive mental health services and weekly outpatient services for teens and emerging adults with anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related conditions.”
